- Expression of Terroir: what is Terroir? Terroir for us is not the expression of a specific microclimate and land within a wine but more subtle: ultimately, for us, the dna of the variety does not matter when the land is fertile and the climate if generous!!

- No fertilizers or herbicides are used on the land

- Manual picking of grapes

- No added sugars or egg whites to clarify the wine

- No clarification / Filtration

- Very low use of sulphites - Generally maximum about 40mg


In other words, nothing more and nothing less than grape juice!
